Ghanaian female gospel musician,Salome Nketia has made a staggering revelation that Churches must pay gospel musicians when ever they perform at their churches.

Salome Nketia who is also a Deacon at the church of pentecost and worships at Kwadaso PIWC in Kumasi and noted with the hit song “Wadwene No”, was answering a question in line with whether Gospel musicians must charge Churches before they perform for them:
“No! Gospel musicians must not charge…but the churches must know that they must rather pay the Gospel musicians when ever they perform for them…so Churches must be circumspect in paying Gospel musicians after performing”,Salome told Dj Premiere of Accra 100.5FM
Salome is a song writer, composer and a worshiper as well.She is currently out with her latest album titled ‘Ebeba Mu’. All the songs on her album were written, composed and arranged by her.
The “Wadwene No” hitmaker had a secondary education at Yaa Asantewaa Girls’ Senior High School and completed in 2002.She furthered it at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology,and graduated in 2008.
The sensational gospel musician who is a teacher by profession, pursued a course in education at the University of Education in Kumasi.
